FALL-SPRING GAMESPEED CLASSES


These 60 minute training classes meet 1-2 days a week and focus on a fast paced mix of strength, speed, agility, quickness, coordination and skill, designed to improve overall athleticism, confidence and speed. Athletes should sign up in the age appropriate time slot and request the day(s) and time(s) that work best in their schedule. You should receive a confirmation email and payment information within 24 hours of filling out the registration form. Class availability is limited, so please let us know if you have multiple options you might be interested in attending.

  • DATES: August thru October (fall) or March thru May (spring)
  • HIGH SCHOOL OPTIONS: 4:30pm & 7:30pm Monday thru Thursday 
  • MIDDLE SCHOOL OPTIONS: 4:30pm & 6:00PM Monday thru Thursday
  • PRICE: $70/month (1x per week) - $130/month (2x per week)

FALL-SPRING TEAM TRAINING


These 30 minute team training sessions meet 1-2 days a week and focus on a specific team goal. Coaches can give feedback as to team needs, and the sessions will focus on a specific aspect in this "pre-practice" training session. Seasonal goals of improving quickness, strength, skill or fitness can be adjusted within each session, but should be designed to peak athleticism by the end of the season.  Click the link below, and make sure you list your team/coach/age group in the registration. You should receive a confirmation email and payment information within 24 hours of filling out the registration form. 

  • DATES: August thru October (fall) or March thru May (spring)
  • TIMES: 5:30pm & 7:00pm Monday thru Thursday 
  • GROUP SIZE: A team consists of at least 8 players
  • PRICE: $55/month per player (1 hour per week)

WINTER GAMESPEED CLASSES

SUMMER GAMESPEED PROGRAM


The Summer GameSPEED Program is slightly different from our other class offerings. Athletes can sign up for one week at a time, multiple weeks, or choose the full summer option. The GameSPEED program meets 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday) at 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am and 11am. Each class is 90 minutes and includes on-field activities (ball skills, agility and fitness) as well as indoor activities (strength, power and speed work). 

  • INDOOR TRAINING: We focus on building a base of strength, power and quickness - focused on technique and confidence first,  then explosiveness and quickness as they progress.
     
  • ON-FIELD TRAINING:  We use the on-field training portion each day to focus on ball skills and passing patterns early in the week, then build into 1v1 skills and small sided games as the week progresses.
     
  • COLLEGE PREP: Our 6:30am class is perfect for any player preparing for a high level club or college season. This group is usually made up of higher level players and progresses week to week as we build speed, skill, strength and fitness.
