Our Jump Training Sessions are designed for our basketball, volleyball and soccer goalkeepers who want to improve their vertical explosiveness. The programs works best once or twice a week and will focus on building a base of strength and mechanics, allowing players to put more force into the ground, and then uses quickness training to add sport specific reactive movement to enhance the speed and efficiency needed to take their game to new heights.
Each session is designed to enhance:
- Coordination, rhythm & technique to improve mechanics
- Dynamic strength to improve single & double leg jumps
- Plyometrics to improve reactive speed & explosiveness
